COSMETIC INJECTABLE TREATMENTS

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

Cosmetic injections offer a quick and effective, non-surgical treatment to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  A few tiny injections utilising anti-wrinkle injection therapies relax the muscles responsible for the formation of lines, both minimising existing wrinkles and preventing deeper, more permanent lines from appearing.

My objective when treating clients with anti-wrinkle injections is to achieve a subtle, natural result.  Every face is different and therefore so are the cosmetic goals.

Complimentary consultations are offered to develop an individual treatment plan to help you meet your goals.

Dermal Filler

The face naturally loses volume thanks to gravity and a loss in natural collagen. Filler is a soft, gel-like form of hyaluronic acid which is the star ingredient in many moisturisers and naturally occurs in the skin.

Dermal fillers give shape and structure back to the face. They work to restore and plump up volume, smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles, or give lips and cheeks a naturally fuller look.

During your consultation, I work with you to create a customised treatment plan that achieves your desired look.

Collagen Stimulators

A natural long-lasting way to restore volume & rejuvenate the skin.

Collagen stimulators, also known as ‘biostimulators’, are a type of semi-permanent dermal filler that helps to induce your own collagen production. They work to correct shallow & deep facial wrinkles and folds, replace lost volume and rejuvenate the skin.

Bruxism and Face Slimming

This treatment is beneficial for those who suffer from jaw clenching, teeth grinding or can be used to slim the jawline.

These symptoms can be treated with anti-wrinkle injections. The injections are placed directly into the masseter (jaw) muscle that is responsible for chewing. The muscle becomes partially relaxed, easing tension caused by the overactive muscle. This can result in reduced pain and headaches, healthier teeth and gums and in some cases have a facial slimming effect.

Fat Dissolving Treatments

Even with diet and exercise, sometimes the body will biologically retain fat in certain areas of the body. This can be due to genetics or the way your body specifically distributes its fat stores despite your best efforts. Fat Dissolving Injections can be used to target specific areas on the body and face, particularly the appearance of a double chin, to provide effective fat dissolving support.

Made from a synthesised version of a naturally occurring substance in the body known as deoxycholic acid. The body utilises deoxycholic acid produced by the liver to break down and dissolve fat stores naturally.

When injected into the fat the acid destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.

Haytox

This treatment is a topical application of anti-wrinkle product applied via the nasal passage. It is used to help minimise the severity of hay fever and other allergy symptoms including a runny or congested nose, sneezing, itching or watery eyes, headaches and general tiredness.

The treatment is needle and pain-free.

Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis is the medical term for excessive sweating. It refers to any abnormal or excessive sweating. People who sweat excessively often soak through their clothing or drip sweat. Regular antiperspirants don’t work well for those with this condition.

Anti-wrinkle injections are a great treatment option for people with hyperhidrosis. It works by blocking the nerves responsible for activating your sweat glands. Normally, your nervous system activates your sweat glands when your body temperature rises – this is how your body automatically cools itself. In people with hyperhidrosis, however, the nerves that send signals to the sweat glands are overactive. When anti-wrinkle injections are used on the area of your body that sweats, your overactive nerves are essentially paralysed and can’t sweat.
